Certification for Teams Advancing to the World Finals

COMPLETE WITHIN 5 business days of notification.

1. Open your coach account.
2. Please review, correct, and confirm the correctness of your team's reservation.  The Contest Manager will be automatically notified by the system that you have confirmed your reservation.
3. After the Contest Manager verifies the correctness of your reservation, you will receive an email acceptance message.
4. Apply for passports and visas as soon as possible. 

On-Site Registration
Location - Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Alberta, Canada

1. Final certification will be held on-site on Sunday evening, April 6, 2008 from 5:00PM to 9:30PM. Your team will receive registration materials at this time.
2. Please make plans to arrive by Sunday April 6 and to depart on or after Thursday April 10, 2008.
