PC2 Version 8.5 -- Windows (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP) and Unix (Solaris/Linux/FreeBSD)

Currently available documentation for PC2 consists of two parts: the Contest Administrator's Guide and the Team Guide. These guides are available both web pages, PDF (Adobe Acrobat) and Word documents. The Web pages can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding link below. The Word documents can be viewed in Word ('97 or later); if you don't have Word '97 then click one of the following to download a Word viewer.

Note: these documents are also included in the Version 8.5 code release; if you download the V8.5 system you will automatically get all these V8.5 documents.

PC2 Contest Administrator's Guide

This document gives a complete description of how PC2 operates and what a Contest Administrator (or his/her staff) must do to install and configure the system to run a contest.

PC2 Team Guide

This document is designed as a handout for teams competing in a contest using PC2. A copy should be given in advance to each team to help them prepare for using the system. (The document is short, and it usually takes even first-time users only a few minutes to learn to use the system easily.)
