Programming Contest

Welcome to home page of the ACM Regional Collegiate Programming
Contest's Greater New York region. This region is home to schools from
portions of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
9 am to 11 am: Registration, practice, breakfast, IBM recruiting
11 am to 12 noon: Contestants' meeting
12 noon to 5 pm: Contest
5:30 pm to 6 pm: Awards presentation
Cost: $90 per team plus $25 per guest
Teams must register by Oct. 5 (5 weeks before the contest)
using the
ACM
ICPC web site.
Teams that register after this deadline may not be allowed to
participate, and will be assessed a $90 penalty per team if they
are allowed to participate.
Coaches will be notified by Oct. 6 (5 weeks less one day before
the contest) as to how many of their teams are invited to
participate. At this time, the coaches must pay the registration fee
for all participating teams and any guests.
Payment must be received by Oct. 19 (3 weeks before the contest).

Acknowledgement of received payment will be sent by e-mail, and
receipts will be provided at the contest.
Environment: Pentium III (at least 533 MHz, 256MB RAM) with
Windows XP, two per team.
Languages: ADA, C/C++, and Java
