Founded in 1955, the College of Engineering and Computer Science at California
State University, Sacramento is recognized as a leader in the state and
nation for its excellent programs and facilities. An average class size
of only 25 students gives students a chance to really know our professors.
Students will find them genuinely interested in preparing students for
a satisfying, life-long career and readily available for extra assistance
and advice. Sacramento is home to many high-technology companies and to
state, federal, and county organizations, offering unique internship and
part-time employment opportunities for students and interesting, high-paying
