Welcome to the home page of the ACM South Central USA Collegiate Programming Contest. The Contest is the oldest of the regional contests that qualify teams for the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest.

The contest draws students from colleges and universities in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. The Computer Information and Technology Institute (CITI) at Rice University in Houston, Texas, hosted the 1998 contest on Saturday, Novermber 7, with the assistance of  volunteers from the Rice Computer Science Department, and with the financial support of IBM.  Winners have qualified for the 1999 International Finals in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
