Teams that do not send their payment before this date must pay a $50 late fee per team by October 19, 2012 or may be removed from the roster. Guests and alternates are $35 each. The check or money order should be made payable to Mid-Atlantic Regional Contest Director and should be sent to the following address: Regional Contest Director ACM Mid-Atlantic Region P.O. BOX 11644 Blacksburg, VA 24062 Please include the name of the team's sponsoring institution and the name and address of the faculty advisor with the check or money order.
